Level 3: Where the witness is the difference

Fully bespoke and tailored for those for whom everything is on the line. Level 3 is our most comprehensive course. It is delivered over multiple sessions, evolving with the witness to provide the most thorough preparation available.

Alongside extended practice and tailored feedback, the process includes an initial diagnostic with a performance psychologist before training begins, and a final follow-up to ensure ongoing consolidation and readiness before the hearing.

In line with the need for adaptability in real-time, this course offers extensive and varied cross-examination practice, delivered by different KCs to broaden exposure to multiple styles and approaches.  

Typically delivered across four sessions, the specific structure can be adapted to suit the individual’s needs and progress, ensuring nothing is left to chance.  

For the solicitor, Level 3 will leave your witness feeling fully confident, engaged and prepared for the hearing, and provides the highest level of predictability, reassurance and performance readiness when it matters most.
