Top-Up Training is designed for witnesses who have already completed a full programme and are approaching the hearing date. Delivered shortly before the witness is due to give evidence it provides a refresher, through a final round of cross-examination with a barrister, often a different KC, to expose the witness to varied questioning styles, building their resilience under pressure.

This session consolidates earlier learning and sharpens the skills the witness will need in court, ensuring  that  the witness walks into court feeling that they will do their best.
