Specifically designed for clients whose time is limited, using the best barristers from the best trainers and expert communications trainers, this intense short course rapidly instills a familiarisation with the trial or hearing process. This includes everything from where to sit and how to address the judge or panel, to how decisions are made. Watching actual cross-examinations, we explain and demonstrate good techniques and bad habits in giving evidence, as well as providing an introduction to communications theory and practice. Each participant is then cross-examined and critiqued for at least 20 minutes.
The Trainers who deliver this course:
A Leading Barrister – 10 yrs minimum practising and training experience
A Personal Communications Consultant, with Legal or Theatre background
Upon request, we can provide a QC to be part of the course delivery team
