What we do
Thoughtful witness training
Solicitors and barristers agree that preparation and understanding can make an enormous difference to the quality of evidence that a witness is able to give in court.
Nerves, anxiety and unfamiliarity with the procedure can really affect someone’s ability to provide evidence clearly and confidently, which can determine the extent to which their testimony is helpful to the judge and jury.
Our training focuses not just on what participants say, but how they say it, while at all times emphasising that the duty of the witness is to tell the truth.
Participants will be able to watch footage of real cross-examinations, and experience for themselves what it is like to be cross examined by a skilled barrister.
Witnesses will also benefit from the expertise of a performance psychologist and/or a communications trainer.
